  1. How do I get started?
    Scheduling your pick up is merely a few clicks away on our Website.
    Please sign-up to the website, fill in your contact and address details. Select items for laundry and/or dry cleaning and preferred time slots.
    We will send our ‘delivery person’ to pick up the items or you can also can call us on +91-7666200300 and book an appointment.
  2. What if I need my laundry done faster?
    Yes you can do your laundry done faster. Options include:
    Express delivery ( within 24 hours).
    Extra Charges apply.
  3. What types of laundering requests do you accommodate?
    We strive to provide you with a laundry service plan that is tailored to your needs.
    Some of our many service options include:
    a) Regular wash
    b) Dry cleaning
    c) Steam Ironing’
    d) Packaging with hanger (on request)
    e) Bleaching
    f) Starching
    g) Darning
    h) Stain removal

  4. I can't find a category that my garment belongs to, how do I know if you can wash a specific clothing for me?
    Just choose the category that you think best suits your item. We will contact you if there is any problem. Or if you cannot find a best suited category, please contact Customer Care.
  5. I don't know which items should be laundered or dry cleaned. What should I do?
    Don’t worry, we know! We will follow the label instructions on your garment to ensure that they are handled correctly and with the utmost care.
    If you’d like to check for yourself then please check the garment’s care label for how to best clean the garment.
  6. Can you remove the stain on my items?
    For dry cleaning items, our specialist dry cleaners use the highest quality equipment and industry-leading stain removal products. Whilst we cannot promise all stains will be removed, we will certainly do our best!
  7. What happens if I leave personal items in my pockets?
    We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pick- up. In the event that we do find items in your pockets, we will place them in an envelope/zip-lock bag and return it with your bag.
  8. What if my garment is damaged in the process?
    You are in safe hands, we are fully insured! In the rare event that your item is damaged, we will reimburse you in accordance with our compensation policy. Please refer to the T&Cs for more details.
  9. How do I avail discounts?
    Any discounts/Offers is aptly displaced on the website. Also, keep checking your inbox regularly for exciting offers.
  10. How can I reschedule a pick-up or delivery?
    To reschedule your pickup/delivery please write to us at support@laundryplease.com or give us a call on +91-7666200300 at least two hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time slot.

  11. What can I do if I missed a scheduled pick-up/delivery?
    Please contact Customer Care at support@laundryplease.com or call on +91-7666200300 as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
  12. When can I cancel my order?
    Order can be cancelled anytime before pickup, by writing to us at support@laundryplease.com or giving us a call at +91-7666200300.
  13. What areas do you cover?
    Currently we service Navi Mumbai.
  14. What are the methods of payment?
    Right now we are only accepting cash on delivery. We will soon accept payments online.
