- We at LaundryPlease, will use utmost efforts to ensure that Ironing, Washing, Drying, Folding , DryCleaning and other services listed in the services provided section are maintained at the highest level of quality.
- Customers are requested to examine the garments before taking delivery and we are not responsible for any damage after taking delivery.
- All garments to be counted and handed over to LaundryPlease employee. Similarly, the counting has to be done during delivery. No claims for garment loss will be entertained if any mismatch is reported after making the payment.
- We are not responsible for fastness/ running of colour or shrinkage of the fabric during the process.
- Every efforts is made to remove stains. But if stains are not removable the customer shall not have any rights to claim deduction in charges.
- We follow a “ No claim policy”. All articles are accepted at customers risk. We shall not be held responsible for damage arising due to garments that bleed or that cannot withstand the normal cleaning process.
- We shall not be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal or no cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewellery or anything else. In the unlikely event of damage or loss LaundryPlease shall do everything possible to remedy the issue.
- No responsibility will be accepted for shrinkage or damage to any article or for any defects becoming apparent during the washing process due to defective manufacturing, adulteration, deterioration or wear and tear and exposure.
- Every effort is made to deliver the clothes on time, however due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, the customer is not entitled to any compensation or reduction in charges.
- We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising out of fire, burglary, etc, beyond our conduct or any other similar unforeseen causes.
- The tariff for designer wear will be decided on a case to case basis depending on the complexity of the garment, which will be communicated to the customer over the phone.
- LaundryPlease has thorough inspection and colour testing of every cloth received before further processing. Any damage should be brought to our notice within 24 hours of delivery. In case the garments are damaged in the process, the compensation shall be limited to INR 1000 or 10 times the process charges (excluding taxes only.
- The LaundryPlease services reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
- 100% payment net of advance is due at the time of delivery.
- For cancelling your scheduled pickup, you need to call us and inform. Cancellation is not chargable
- User(s)/customers means any individual or business entity/organization that legally operates in India or in other countries, uses and has the right to use the Services provided by LaundryPlease. The Services provided by LaundryPlease is a technology based service which enables the picking up of clothes from households or offices, getting it processed in-house or through third parties, and delivering it back to the customer through the use of internet and / or mobile telecommunications devices. Our Services are available only to those individuals or companies or firms who can form legally binding contracts under the applicable law. Therefore, user(s)/customers must not be a minor as per Indian Law; i. e. user(s)/customer must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to use our Services.
- LaundryPlease advises its users that while accessing the web site, they must follow/abide by the related laws. LaundryPlease is not responsible for the possible consequences caused by your behaviour during use of web site.
- All taxes and Levies applicable as per law.
Terms for using express service
- Express service promises to deliver within 24 hours from the time of pick up.
- If your laundry is ready before selected time slot we will make a call and confirm your availability.
- Cost express service is Rs.30 extra per garment.
- Any offer listed for regular service does not apply for express service.
- There might be delay in delivery by any natural calamities and traffic which shall be informed in advance.
- We are not responsible for the strains and damaged clothes after collecting from you.
- If damage is caused due to washing, we are liable for maximum of INR 1000 or 10 times the service cost (excluding taxes) for that cloth.
- If You wish to have Your Laundry Items delivered to a third person such as your neighbour, security guard etc, please be notified that LaundryPlease responsibility towards delivery of Your Laundry Item will cease with such delivery to the mentioned third person.
- For cancelling your scheduled pickup, you need to call us and inform. Cancellation is not chargable.
- These terms & condition are binding. No agent or employee of LaundryPlease has any authority to alter or vary them in any way.
- All legal disputes will be settled in Mumbai courts, subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
